It depends on what is meant. If angels and demons are to refer to concepts of good and evil, then without a doubt the only angels and demons are human beings. If it refers to otherworldly beings, then the answer is definitely no.
Not true. The Angelic Host can and do embody. I have heard in new age circles that as many as one third of the people in those groups are embodied angels. Probably an exaggeration but could be true. Why wouldn't the angels embody? You don't think your favorite doctor, nurse, teacher or counselor might be an embodied angel?

I've told a story on here before about my experience with someone whom I think was an angel. This was a man who sat next to me and my son on our way back from Korea (I had traveled to Korea to bring my adopted son home). The flight was very difficult and this man helped me care for a child who was dealing with air sickness....not a pretty sight! He went above and beyond what a total stranger would have normally done under those circumstances. I'm convinced God placed him there to help me out when I desperately needed it.

People define angel differently, so it's just semantics.
There are different types of "holy helpers" there is a hierarchy, and whole classes never embody as humans they have a different job in the universe.
So it's all in how a person defines angel.
Yes there are of course wonderful loving people who walk the earth.

Yes angels can become embodied. In fact, I see embodied angels every time I look at porn.
Angels are Spiritual beings, and they are definitely real. I know a very experienced guy who had the same spiritual experience I've had repeatedly, and he described the experience in detail, the same thing happened to him. He told me he has seen angels before, they have tight curly shoulder length white hair, wearing long creamy robes. There are many other angel encounter stories from people, not to mention the Bible itself.
