Do you even realise that there are pyramids dating to before the alleged flood and that in Brazil there are pyramids dating to 3000BCE...yet following the alleged flood, we see nothing from Noah's descendants wondering what those strange structures were

Noah's flood occurred around 3,000 BC. So after the confusion of languages at the tower of Babel, around 300 to 400 years after the flood, large numbers of people settled in what is now Egypt and built the pyramids.
Maybe Ken Ham's Ark exhibit has some of this information?

This site How Many Animals Were on the Ark? | CBN.com says there needed at the highest end of the spectrum to be only 30,000 and at the lowest end 2,000. But Ken Ham's ark proves it was surely large enough to hold over 50,000 animals.

Some of the history of Egypt is prior to the flood and the rest of it is after the flood. One of Noah's offspring re-kick started the Egyptian system after the flood. Maybe Ken Ham's Ark exhibit shows this.

According to the historically accurate account, they were very evil and would not enter the ark as God pleaded with them and for 100 years God, through Noah, told them to turn from their evil ways.
This is another reason why Ken Ham's Ark Encounter is a great idea is to get people to see that in the face of rank unbelief, there are some people like Noah and family who believed God in the face of 100 years of great adversity.

There were well over a million people at the tower of Babel when the dispersion started around 300 years after the flood. They had around 100 more years in Egypt to make hundreds of thousands of babies and have a force easily big enough to do the job of pyramid building. No. Your flood is dated to ~2300 BCE so Djoser would have been built some 300 years before your flood and the pyramids in Brazil even older.

Date of the flood = ~2300 BCE. We can also see here...
....a recorded and unbroken list of Pharaohs and Queens dating from 2649BCE through to 476CE...a period that allegedly wiped all but 8 humans from the face of the Earth. Note the alleged date of the flood ~2300 and then note the unbroken list of Egyptians through that period....

Well, I think it has immense value as an example of an important part of Hebrew mythology, as a part of history when people attempted to explain their confusing world using stories that reflected their attitudes - humans being evil or at least prone to doing bad/slacking, retribution, punishment, hope, the value of doing what one was told without question, an illustration of how "big" they believed their God to be.
It has value in the same way a Greek or Celtic or Japanese mythology exhibit has value. They all help us to peek into the past and see how people dealt with a scary world in the absence of scientific knowledge. They're part of man's intellectual evolution. They're a stepping stone in our past.
