This "Ark" had models of pakicetus on display. This is a transitional animal, the ancestor of our current whales. Ham boned that one.

That education inoculates against Religion is completely bogus. It means nothing to it. MOF...it acts as fertilizer.

A wooden vessel the size of the Titanic would have broken up shortly after setting sail. Just ask a boat builder.

Exactly. This is not 'Education' it is delusional misinformation. It is like Visit Santa's Grotto, except it's for grown -ups.

UPDATE:

Ken Ham (appropriately named for anyone peddling malarky), is now blaming the failing attendance figures at the Ark Encounter on... atheists!

Ken Ham is Now Blaming Atheists for the Economic Failures of Ark Encounter

He doesn't get it that these religious theme parks are just not cutting it, even in Kentucky. Just like the Holy Land Experience is not cutting it in Orlando, where they had to have a fire sale of furniture, equipment and displays to keep afloat.

Holy Land Experience to unload furniture, statues amid financial turmoil - Orlando Sentinel

Religion just doesn't sell in the mainstream any more. I get a giggle every time I pass the Holy Land Experience in Orlando on I-4.
