Perhaps more pointedly, how are they being "imposed" on anyone?

A group tries to prevent public monies for public schools being used for a field trip to a replica of Noah's Ark purporting to show depictions of actual historical events, and suddenly some alternative belief is being shoved down some poor, mistreated Christian's throat? (For example...) I wonder if this is the kind of thing he means.

Or, maybe Same sex marriage. Now all of a sudden, those marginalized, persecuted Christians have to stop believing on Jesus and be forced to become homosexuals?

Ah. Do you think church/state separation should be abolished? Would you feel the same way if it was Muslims or Shintoists endorsing this idea?

Where was the FFRF?
That case was 12 years ago. Try something a bit more recent. Of course I suppose you won't consider the number of Christians in the U.S., a powerful majority vs. Muslims, a small minority.

I've argued this often. If you feel it is right and proper to have a nation where the laws are derived from this or that holy book, there are places that operate under this little thing called Sharia Law...you'd loooove it...
