I'm from Kentucky, but none of those counties you mentioned. We have a lot of nuts here but so does other states too of the news I read online. Ours is just exciting and makes the world news like Kim Davis.

Wrong. He is a public official, not a minister.
The sad part is that the lawsuits that FFRF will pursue because of the ignorance, or perhaps recalcitrance, of Kentucky public officials, is that the Kentucky taxpayer is the one who suffers in the end.
