LOL it's called Hurricane Season combined with global warming.

The men governing this country are not naughty four year olds. I see how these men want to promote themselves as such. I also see how other men wish to relieve men in power of their responsibilities. They are responsible for their actions. God has nothing to do with it.
Lately I am hearing fundamentalist ideologues telling us God wants certain people in power. These are the same religious leaders willing to deny their brothers and sisters a place in this country.

What makes you say this? Do you have any evidence for this? What would be the purpose in a god specifying a particular fate for a country? Will another country at a different time be guided? How would we tell?
