King Saul who lost the throne to King David, where Saul failed to listen and obey the Word of God brought by the Prophet ....... David listen to God and worshiped God even though David made some mistakes God held Him up .... God told David ``because David shed much blood in wars God said Don`t build me a temple , for it will be built by your son`` ... 1 Chronicles 22:8
So 2,920 years ago David HaMelech (King David) lived.
Over 1,500 years elapse, and then Muhamad comes along in the year 600.
He not only appropriates existing texts from other religions (Crstianity, Judaism), but he also claims to know what "really happened" back then over 1,520 years before he was even born, and how the original authors "got it wrong" and "changed it."
David is a Prophet and his real name is Dawood.
and prophets do not do some pretty bad things.
the source of this information is not from a correct Holy book.
Allah send 4 Holy Books and 2 scriptures and they are
The Holy Torah send to the messenger Musa (Moses )
The Holy Psalms (Zaboor) send to the Prophet Dawood (David)
The Holy Gospel (Ingeel) send to the messenger Isa (Jesus)
The Holy Quran send to the final messenger Mahammad
and the scriptures are
...The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa.
All the 4 above books are not remaining the same as it was from the god except The final one The Holy Quran.
and The Holy Quran Abrogated all the previous Holy Books.
Do you (faithful believers) covet that they will believe in your religion inspite of the fact that a party of them (Jewish rabbis) used to hear the Word of Allah [the Taurat (Torah)], then they used to change it knowingly after they understood it. The Holy Quran.
One thing you got wrong there is that David did not write all the Psalms...
I mean after all he did some pretty bad things!
Whassup with that?
David repented - Psalm 51:10
David put his trust, his national security, in his God as per Psalm 19:7-14
David did Not trust in military strength - Psalm 20:7 because military (horses/chariots) was Not David's success secret.
I guess one could figuratively say David was on God's shoulder instead of horses.
So, although David did sin, all in all, his repentant heart proved complete toward his God.

That was inspiring, thank you.
David was on God's shoulder instead of horses....beautiful.
