Just thought of the question and wondering what people think about it
Jesus is part of the God head. The Godhead is scripture. So Jesus wrote it ALL down
2 timonthy 3: 16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness,
so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

That link is like a Disney website explaining what happened to the body of Mickey Mouse. Of course a CHRISTian website will treat Jesus like an actual character from ancient times. Meanwhile, there are pharaohs from ancient Egypt that predate Jesus by thousands of years; and we have their tombs, bodies, and writings. There are prehuman fossils that predate ancient Egypt by hundred-thousands of years.
We are to believe that "the son of God" (how can a God have a son anyways) can heal the blind, cheat death, and impregnate his mother with himself without touching her.....but somehow he couldn't write down anything and he didn't leave us a fossil.
Since you’re assuming Bible Jesus for the sake of argument, then the Bible records that Jesus read Jewish scripture in the synagogue (Luke 4). So, Bible Jesus was not illiterate.
I had forgotten about that one. I wonder how a tradesman learned to read? Of course this is the Bible, so we can just deem it a miracle. He just let the god side of him come through. Surely god knows how to read.

His second (?) cousin, Zechariah the priest, taught him?

How can God have a son? He has billions of children, Jesus being the first to receive in his soul God's Divine Love.
Did God impregnate Mary? Does this seem believable? Nope. It didn't happen.
If Jesus did write down something, whose to say it wasn't re-written? He said a lot, whose to say that what he said hasn't been embellished where he never said such a thing or did such a thing? How many times has the bible been re-written?
How about Jesus bringing back Lazarus from the dead. Who said that? The fact about Lazarus was that he wasn't dead. He was in a coma. Jesus brought him out of it.
Who wrote that Jesus walked on water? The fact is that Jesus and his disciples were on a boat with low fog and when Jesus stood up, it appeared as if he was walking on water.
Here's a message from the ancient philosopher, Socrates:
And if he did, most Jewish carpenters couldn't read or write in his day.
They memorized a lot! The temple was like a school.
