I hope the OP is joking. But I think it's important for young children to see things like this. Then they will know that monsters aren't real, since they are something that adults can joke about.
At one time I was annoyed at Hallowe'en becoming Infected with trick or treat through the influence of American TV. But then I got Converted when i realised that it pissed a particular Kind of Christian off (I'm honest about my reasons) and I'd rather like to see it take on elements of Hogwarts reenactment at Halloween parties. That should tick them off even more.
Have you asked them? I have no idea what that is, but it appears to be a festival or a production of some sort. Do you believe the women in the group are worshiping Satan by doing the dance?
My daughter is currently in Disneyland dressed as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, with her cousin, who is dressed as the wicked queen from Snow White. It's just a bit of harmless Halloween cosplay.
