Those are nice sentiments, but I wouldn’t describe it as secular. The worshipping, in this case, is directed at Mother Nature (the Earth goddess). It’s more of a grace for a pagan or naturalistic religion.
There is no mention of Mother Nature, Gaia or any other personified entity, nor is there any supernatural elements involved.
It simply states the obvious. We ARE all part of nature and depend on it. We depend on it, it doesn't give a rats behind about us, nor does it depend on us. We may wound it be our activities, but after we are gone as a species, it will rebound.

“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” —Meister Eckhart
Practicing gratitude is a completely underrated endeavor.
To lose the connection to our myriad blessings is something of a tragedy, but I guess it's all in how you look at this life we are given.

There was (or is) a thread on wishing one had never been born. (I can think of two or three) and a recent post of mine ('Chat' I think) expressed a great appreciation of the life I was given to live. Not all good. Not by any means. But a lot of it was and still is and I hope i last a good bit longer to see some of the stuff that is being found out.
That's as near a prayer of thanks as you'll get from this dude.
