There is still a lot to happen yet -- as detailed in Revelation. But he's done revealing to us what he wants to reveal.
Or maybe mankind has been determined to put a gag order on Him. He never said He was through talking and the Bible never declares this to be the case either.
Because in 325, at the First Ecumenical Council in Nicea it was decided which books should make the Bible and which books should be forever banned.
It was there that Christianity was defined, and it was there that the decision was made to teach certain history and ban other history. Afterward, books were destroyed and holders of certain books were punished for having them.

This is false. The issue of the Scriptural canon was not determined at Nicea. The Da Vinci Code is fiction, you know. Also, just because a book is not included as Biblical canon, does not follow that the book is "banned".

Nicea clarified specific dogmas of Christianity, most notably by settling the controversies surrounding Christ's divinity and composing the Nicene Creed.

This claim is extremely vague. What are you referencing exactly?
The author of Hebrews (unknown) gives this reason:
[Heb 1:1-4 ESV] 1 Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. 3 He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4 having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.
It then continues into a discourse on Jesus and angels, but the answer is within those first 4 verses:
Or maybe mankind has been determined to put a gag order on Him. He never said He was through talking and the Bible never declares this to be the case either.
God spoke through the Prophets before the Incarnation.
God spoke through His Son and the Apostles in the New Testament era.
God speaks through the Church (the successors to the Apostles) now until the end.

The issue of which books would be a part of the New Testament canon was not a topic of discussion at the first Council of Nicea. The issue never came up. In addition to attempting to settle the Arian controversy the other issues addressed at the Council of Nicea are listed in the link below.
