I live a good upright life. Probably better than a lot of so called Christians. I speak for experience too! So why would god punish me, and others like me, just for what we think? So say I don't believe in god but live a "sin" free life...which by Christian standards I actually do...god is going to burn me forever just for my thoughts? How creepy is that?! "They" always say that non christians will go to hell because god can't be in the presence of sin! Well if I wasn't sinning then what is the problem? Should we all start punishing our kids for the things they THINK that aren't in agreement with our own thoughts???
You have nothing to worry about, and don't sweat the small thing like "you're going to hell", cause it aint' existing.
They're just trying to "save" you or shall i say "scare" you, so they can stay scared themselves.
That has always bothered me. I live a good life, I am honest and loving, yet i am told if I dont believe in God I will burn for all eternity.I would think God would be glad that I am a good person, see all I have done and judge me on that rather than if I believed in him.

Throw out your thought life and I'm sure there's still plenty to convict you on--as with me.

You don't actually get punished for thinking. However, if you think it long enough, it can come true. What you think, so shall it be. Example, if you are going on a trip somewhere and you constantly worry that you may have an accident or a speeding ticket, thinking those thoughts can actually bring it on. That's why I'm always thinking positive.
