"At Friday prayers at Tehran University, Khatami said the rioters were defying God’s will and that some members of their leadership were “worthy of execution” as enemies of the Islamic Republic."

God's will apparently was not mystified; it was reasoned for and by the content of workers speechless in the monotony of work which could be defined ignorant of simplification on a Somali pirate ship. Impartiality should not be ignorance. Obama claims to be impartial, and I believe that would mean that the concept of Divine Law is being left to the rigours of organizing theocracy along the lines of determined enlightened impersonal interest.

Khameinei claims nothing personal about understanding of the lives of the innocent.
