Metaphorically speaking of course, I would expect the flames of hell, at least for a little while, since it is my wish to be cremated, taken out to the Gulf stream and scattered.
So a book says something will happen and that same book confirms that it did....brilliant!!
The authors of the NT were well acquainted with the 'prophecies' of the OT. They wrote the NT in a way that made the prophecies appear fulfilled. Simple!
Were you there? How can you honestly attribute this view to being a fact? Only faith and.....history.... that has confirmed every biblical prophecy that transpired as an event that was not only real, but fulfilled to the very "t". What prophets of any other religion can say the same thing? Not one.
Or maybe the Gnostic Christians have it right instead? The Dead Sea Scrolls apparently line up with better with their beliefs than the orthodox Christian fundy ones.
always entertaining to see people act like they're knowledgeable on a certain topic and try to belittle other people's beliefs, only to show how ignorant and clueless they are about what they're trying to argue. the "dead sea scrolls" right? gnosticism? you showed them there buddy
the dead sea scrolls discovery contained many documents, most of which (and most importantly) were texts from the hebrew bible.. i.e the old testament. i.e judaism. what you meant to say was the hag nammadi texts discovered in egypt which contained some gnostic and some not so gnostic texts. gospel of thomas, mary magdalen, truth etc.
further researching this on your own will also lead you to discover that your assessment is wrong. better luck next time.

I guess when you folk erroneously misquote scientists and make up s#!t we should give ya'all a free pass?
you dont know me, first off, and i haven't misquoted anything. secondly its not a "small boo boo." thirdly, to act like you have full understanding of what scientists believe is funny in itself.
