I have found that here at City Data Atheists & Agnostics get high approval ratings. My experience is that the folks with the “high” reputation rating are liberal while conservatives tend to be “lower” on the scale. Conservatives don’t post to be ranked while liberals seem thrive on the added attention.

The reputation ratting system serves better to reveal the demographic of the overall forum rather than the individual users.

Sorry, your post doesn't add up. We have many atheist/agnostic members who are most definitely CONSERVATIVE.

Nice generalization, though.

Conservative encompasses far more than fiscal responsibility.

Let's test the "generalization".
Do you consider your self a conservative?

offhand i'd say that if you are using an on-line forum to measure or validate or prove your self-worth, that's a bit of a problem right there

I think a lot of posters here also post elsewhere on CD. Unless there is a way to break down reps by where on CD one is posting, it's hard to say.

Your views on a religion forum are not your "self-worth". Making a stretch like that is completely ridiculous and you know it.
