I got the same stupid letter...i was so excited the lady told me i would not be getting one of these letters since my application just got there wed...but the letter dated on the letter is from the 18th of this month so that means my application was actually there longer then she informed me..I think housing has no clue what they are doing..
That makes no sense! Y send u one of those letters. I completely agree, I think housing just tells us anything, the computers does all the work, unfortunately, like everything now a days. Your app probably been at the development since earlier this month.
I believe it has been at the develop as well i sent my listing back in the beginning of dec and y would housing let it sit there for almost 2 months when everything was completed. I called housing several times and always got a different story as to were my application was. It probably was there since earlier this month or maybe even earlier as the computer goes off of the info it is given and the date on the letter shows the proof. They tell us what we want to hear so they can get us off the phone. lets just hope the COMPUTER picks our names fast. I read somewhere a lady was called a week after her application was sent to the development so there is hope, A friend of mine also got called pretty quick as well. when I called the development I was informed that there were a lot of people ahead of me..If the computer generates the selection there is no way to tell who is up next correct? so why feed me this false info.
