I will be actually working at 14201 Corporate way if you are familiar with that so anything close with 3 bedroom 2 bath would be nice and fenced yard .

I like Jupiter. Interesting mix of people, shopping, restaurants, etc. I can't help you specifically with any rentals, however, there are plenty of buildings, complexes, etc., nor do I know what the market is. Good luck.

I also can't help you with rentals but can give you the following advice: there really aren't too many bad areas to Jupiter. The rental market should be pretty good right now because the housing market isn't that great. Lots of houses that couldn't sell are now being rented. Hook yourself up with a good realtor (I know one if you want to pm me) and let her show you what's available in a neighborhood that suits your needs in your price range.

I think you should look to spend at LEAST $1500/month for a 3/2 HOUSE in Jupiter.

Townhouses are abundant in the lower grand+ price range, but houses may be a bit more difficult. The only area I wouldn't recommend living in is "Limestone Creek."

Check out Craiglist --> Florida --> West Palm Beach --> apts/housing for your price range.

I just want to make sure I understand that "Limestone Creek" means Church Street area. My husband actually got chased by a Rottweiler while riding his bike in the area while the owner just watched it happening and didn't step in to help my husband. The park in that area is fantastic. I would also veer away from portions of Center Street. Until you go see it, you won't know for sure. Have you thought about checking out Palm Beach Gardens around PGA Blvd.? There are so many new townhouses and condos that speculators bought and are trying to rent. Craigslist is a great option but you have nothing to lose by contacting a company that specializing in rental homes.
