The only thing that really annoys me is people who can't park properly. They park on the white line basically making the spot next to them unusable. We have this lady who does that and she always parks right in front of the building, taking up two spots.
OR, just tell every other person you know in the complex that they are evidently assigning parking and that they should call the manager to make sure they get their spot. In no time, they will not be able to deal with it any more.

I am a resident in the East Coast (Maryland). I have just gone through the blizzard of 2016. I have handicap privileges and the snow plow has piled snow on my car and in front of the handicap space. The management company says they are not responsible for removal, the pile of snow, or damage it may cause to my car.
Okay I have a question my mom lives and I thought my complex in a 1 bedroom and the manager that runs it has her pics of who she likes in the apartment complex and she also has two kids that live in the same apartment complex one has a family of four that lives in a 2 bedroom and the other has a family of six that lives in a 2 bedroom. Well anyways her grandkids can do whatever they want and go anywhere they want as for other tenants the kids are not allowed they get told to stay in front of their apartment to me this is favoritism and I do not think it is fair so what should I do

So what should you do? Find another place to live if you're not happy there.

Move, the noise level at this complex must be epic. Seriously though, you live there with your mom, or just mom lives there? I'm trying to figure out why you're concerned about this. Do the grandkids disturb others?
