Agreed, I know its not coming back, just seems like a weird way to put it. I wasnt sure if there was an essential difference between fee and pet deposit IE: with a fee, there's nothing to apply to it, but a deposit implies if there is pet damage, it would go to the "non refundable pet deposit" before security deposit, at least to me that's the way it seems.
