I work, have money saved, have a decent relationship with management. If I was off for sometime but continued to pay rent, can you be evicted ?

I live in Ontario Canada. Any time requests are made by management or anything I'm courteous. If anyone responds will go into more detail later

Follow the rules and you are fine, that includes paying rent. You slip up on any of the rules and you can be evicted.

Neighbor beside me no job, sometimes allows dog to bark too much when home. It used to be a house. Poor insulation . Hear too much. I sit in my bedroom a lot our bedrooms are beside each other. I have heard her complain I'm in my room too much . Neighbour's below me complain when I'm in my own kitchen. The floor creaks. I hear them everyday whine about it. I'm sick of it. I can go on and on. Neighbour's above me stomps floor. Neighbour's sometimes slam doors and stomp floors. I complained once, caused problems. Don't complain anymore. Neighbour's are crazy. I have heard her yapping in lobby about me, what can I do ? I won't talk to them anymore. 2x I have had bs letters posted on my back door from tenants claiming to be management. Trying to antagonize me. I keep to my self. It's cheap rent, but I sort of hate it there. I work nites, or up all nite, sleep all day. I'm loner, have my routines. Sometimes as you can see, the place wears on me.

Sounds like it's time for you to move.

It sounds like you are unhappy there, so why do you want to stay?

Generally if you pay the rent on time, take relatively good care of your rental, and are reasonable to deal with, the landlord won't kick you out.

However, there are valid reasons to ask a tenant to leave that don't have anything to do with the tenant. You should be safe until it is time for your lease to renew. If you are a good tenant, the landlord will probably renew the lease. But considering how unhappy you are there why are you so worried about moving?

As for your gossipy neighbors, ignore them.

Yeah, "off" what? Do you mean that you consistently pay your rent late? If so, then yes you can be evicted for failure to uphold your lease.

He doesn't need to wait for his lease to expire to move; he can terminate his lease early.

Not sure why you think otherwise
