Property managers seem to be going around giving legal advice to property owners when they don't know what they're doing. My question is how the h*ll did this get to court? I guess you really can sue anyone for anything with no basis at all and hope the other person doesn't show in court. They need to create a license and season for hunting property managers. I'd join NRA for that.

You don't come to an internet forum asking for legal advice, you go to lawyer and ask them. You have a lawyer, correct? Gather your questions and concerns and have a chat with your lawyer...we can't help you.
