Well, THATS WHAT HAVING A PET DOES TO EVERYONE.
That does not mean that you can take your pet with you to places like grocery store where the fur gets on the food plus dog germs all over the food. and pee all over the place when it decides to pee. and in clothing stores where dog pee, dog fur, and dog germs are getting all over the clothes, sometimes expensive clothes (same with idiots who eat while in the stores, then touching the clothes and other items and now you want to buy something but the idiot made it dirty with his dog, cat, or food in hand.

An emotional support animal is different than a service animal.
While there are some dogs that are not trained well, and get "dog germs" all over, there are very few things that you can actually 'catch' from a dog.
OTOH, there is nothing more putrid and bacteria laden than a human child. They carry all sorts of viruses and bacteria that they pick up at home and in daycare. These viruses can cause death to older people and someone with a low immunity. 100% of these viruses are communicable to other people.
People put babies in diapers in a shopping cart. They buy 'swim diapers', and let the child in a public pool. They thing nothing when they sit a baby on a table. Landfills are nearly full of disposable diapers.
If you want to worry about germs, focus on where the germs are.
