Should I sign this? The amount for the monthly rent is correct, but everything else is from the old lease. Where I lived before, there being a security deposit I pay to the broker, etc.
The broker sent me an e-Doc and I told her it's the old lease.
She said, "It's not. Please sign."
I guess "It's not," because it says $1400 instead of $1300 this time, but I just wanted to double check.
There are always mistakes every year when she sends things...like the address is incorrect.

A single sheet describing the rate change "as provided for in pg X of lease" would suffice too.
Then everything else about the lease remains in effect without printing the 40 other unchanged pages.

She sent exactly what you're talking about and I signed back in January. Then she sent this. I'll ignore the addresses and whatnot and sign once she fixes the dates. Thanks!
