I have a one bedroom,one bath,living room,kitchenette apartment, Three quality gourment meals per day plus snacks, cable TV, high speed internet. apartment cleaning. bed making, all laundry. transportation, fitness center.dispensary, theater, game room.library, social activities. It's much better than living in a large home by myself and doing my own cooking, cleaning, home maintainence, Uber for transportation etc etc.

For "Assisted Living" that rate is just below average. Then again, you're in Fresno. (I did 2 years there, myself, back in the early 1960's.)
