Does it get Cold enough for a Heater in Winter where you live? IF YES then it Does need Fix proper.
I understand about the LL. I use Door stopper along the outer walls in my bedroom.... Cause you can SEE Daylight! in Winter it Cold in summer its Hot! They refuse to fix it. But I pay the Heat & A/C bills!

It's not a problem in the winter. The whole apartment stays perfectly comfortable, and my heating bills aren't too high. I'm not losing a lot of heat through the loft closet. (The downstairs doors are another matter, but I've managed to weatherproof them reasonably well.
