Looking for Property Management Companies.... any recommendations, looking in the areas of St. Johns, Nocatee, St. Augustine.

I Googled a few, and none of them have no properties listed. I don't know if they're not upkeeping their site, or they just don't have anything. I've texted and emailed.... no replies.

Thank you!

Nope, that can't be it. An experienced LL would already know the PM choices available.

Because you have a property, likely what has been the family home you don't want/need,
and had the notion that converting into a rental would a) be a good use of your time & money
and b) a better choice than selling the property and THEN look for investment choices?

Maybe you just happen to have a wad of cash you need to do *something* with that might actually
put some cash in your pocket each month... and you keep hearing & reading suggestions to "invest in real estate"?

Do you know which Court near you hears the LL:Tenant dispute cases?
If it's even open and working (covid etc)... block some time to go visit. Bring a lunch.
Pay attention and all your questions will be answered. Good luck.

You should probably ask this question in the appropriate Florida forum.

They don't have any rentals listed? So, you are a tenant looking for a place to rent and not a landlord looking to turn your property over to a management company? Different needs will get you different answers. So tell us which it is.
