Found an awesome condo in NYC. The landlord loved me and moved pretty fast to draft the lease. Unfortunately, we have to also submit the condo board approval which I only heard about after applying to the condo.

Saw online that it could take 2-4 weeks or sometimes more. My lease ends in 45 days, so if the approval takes longer, I will have to say at a hotel, Airbnb, or on the streets

Love to hear about your experience with condo approval. How long did it take for you? And was it a simple and straightforward process?

It's going to happen at their regularly scheduled meeting. So, whenever that is.

hope it's not my old condo in Staten Island, the only condo in the area that required board approval and was a total nightmare.

usually board approval is a coop thing.
