Are you up to date on the rent? Do you live in a HOA community and do you keep to the rules and regulations? Are all the people living in your house filled out on the rent application or added later when they moved in?

All these things if you answer with "no" can be a reason for termination, but I'm not a lawyer.
If 'yes", I guess he won't have a chance to evict you.

Unless you have a lease you have to vacate when current rent is over.if it is demanded. Eviction is only the courts enforcing the law when peole don't comply. Cyheck the stae laws to see now much notice it requires .

I've been evicted before when an apartment building I lived in was sold. My lease was month to month. The reason for the eviction was "lapse of time". when I couldn't get out in the time that the eviction letter stated, I called housing court and was granted a court date. The woman i spoke to said that they can't just throw people out on the street like that.

Anyway, i ended up finding another place before the court date.
