that my lease is up in 2 months and my rent will stay the same????????? Can you believe that??? That is the best news I have received since this year started mainly because I have no job and it's so funny that the one time my lease ends when i'm not working they decide to keep the rent the same. What a great way for the week to end when you are jobless. Stunned right now

good for you, my Goddamned Landlord told me he's changed the lease to ten months instead of every year, so he can raise my rent faster on me. I am moving in September, and I hope his apartment building burns(not by accident, but by the thugs who are living there now)
