real estate agent -Renting? (renters, MLS, house, fees)

We have been trying to sell for 5months in So. Florida of course. Now, I would like to try to rent out our place.

How can I find a realtor that Specializes in finding renters? Is there even such a thing? I don't just want to list it on the MLS and hope someone finds it.

Check your local yellow pages for "property managers" or "property management company".

Ask the local realtors if they have a rental property management division.

You're looking for long term rental property management, as oppposed to short term rental management where the fees are much higher.

do a search for property rentals in your area - see what webites come up and who is managing those properties.

I always find that nice houses in good neighborhoods rent quickly.
