A house, little under 1000 square feet, 3 bedroom 1 bath on the central coast of California right next to a big nature preserve. I can hear the ocean from my backyard $1100 a month, no utilities included.
No utilities are included, but my unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. (Thank goodness! That's one of the best features.) And the microwave is theirs, too.
