So if I moved out left my voucher to my 21 yr old in the home is also my 19 yr old 16 yr old. My two small grandkids under 4. The 21 and 19 yr old have basic jobs and are about to attend school. What about in this case?

No one can, or will, be able to answer your question. Call your caseworker and ask them.

That section 8 voucher should by all rights be put back into the system for another person who has been waiting in line properly qualified.... sometimes the wait is YEARS. Why should there be a pass down? Any child of majority age needs to go get qualified and get in line..... no shortcuts.

Only the Housing Authority that issued your sister's certificate can advise... you cannot transfer anything on your own.

I have seen limited transfers for specific reasons such as head of household passed away leaving minor children and this is the only time.
