Ahhhh, a bit of relief! It's always nice when the sun shines but it does seem to be a lot colder without cloud cover. I think everyone is looking forward to spring getting here, even in the desert. I have to admit though, as warm as it's been this winter, I worry about just how HOT it's going to be over the summer!

Sunshine and 57 right now but forecast for 77. I don't think it'll get that high though. I'm going to get my hair cut and then come home and start prepacking for my upcoming move! I can open all the doors and windows again today. Loving it!

Hope you catch your limit!!

The plumber was here for about 3.5 hours and I've once again got running water. He did have to replace a section of pipe and improve the insulation under the house where the line runs. Once I flipped the breaker switch to turn on the power to the pump under the house there was no water running to any part of the house. It turned out that because the flow had been shut down for 48 hours the line running in to the pump had frozen. So he got that unfrozen and fixed the lack of insulation in that area too. fingers crosed that there will be no further issues.

He finished up just as the first flakes were beginning to fall and now we have white out conditions with visibility down to less than 2/10's of a mile in snow that is blowing sideways.

Spring can not get here soon enough for me. I assume that I'm not the only one feeling this way.

Admittedly, it's not 4 below but really!
Our low on the other side of the state for tomorrow is predicted at 35 (not the wind chill....the air temp)

"The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a Wind Chill
Advisory... which is in effect from 2 am to 9 am EST Thursday.
* Wind chill values... 30 to 35 degrees.
* Other impacts... northwest winds will prevail at 5 to 10 mph
inland and 10 to 15 mph near the coast tonight... and combine
with cold temperatures to create wind chills in the lower to
mid 30s.
Low wind chills are forecast which could result in frost bite or
hypothermia if precautions are not taken."

I've got a bottle Palm in a large pot that I'll probably bring in for the night. The wind ushering in the front today is cold. We'll need to turn on the heat for the second time this season tomorrow night. It's short lived though, our granddaughter's birthday party is at a local park and the forecast is 74 and sunny on Sunday.

No, that's not quite correct. If you've separated/retired from that employer after attaining the age of 55, then you can withdraw any amount you wish from your 403(b) at any time you want without penalty. Moreover, even if you're under 55, you can make 72(t) substantially equal payment withdrawals based on your life expectancy without penalty. You can begin such withdrawals without penalty at any age whatsoever.

Like spring here today. 28 degrees, bright sunny skies, you can feel spring coming. I was able to walk outside for 20 min mostly without gloves and with short jacket. I think you can stand any kind of climate if you can get OUTDOORS.
