The most memorable one was on my 21st birthday. I'd recently broken up with my boyfriend and I had no plans. Mope, mope. My mom and sister-in-law decided to take me out for my first (legal) drink. The evening was hilarious! We had dinner at a theme restaurant, and then went to a club to see female impersonators. The show was excellent, and mom and S-I-L kept buying drinks for me. One of the entertainers walked through the crowd during his performance and stopped to sing to me. A couple of others called happy birthday from the stage. There were points during that evening that we laughed until tears were running down our faces.

This doesn't really belong in the Retirement Forum, but it was the best birthday I've ever had.

Either the Harley-Davidson my ex-wife bought me for my 40th or the Hummer my ex-girlfriend gave me for the same birthday, closely followed by the Porsche I bought for my divorce a few years later.
