A cheap, non-addictive drug -- prescription is OK -- that doesn't interact badly with any other medication and can actually ease aches and pains in joints and muscles.

As someone already said, a robot that could do it all: clean, cook, make appointments, be a companion, do house maintenance, drive, etc. etc. Heck, I want one!

20 more years to reach 100...
So...
Right size apartment, with simple furnishings, and easy to use things like no-bend-over wall plugs, levered door handles, big button controls on everything, up-and-out chairs and beds, walk-in tubs, easy on-off clothing and low level closets, refrigerator shelves. Heated floors, automatic can openers, lid removers, large-grip utensils, simple remote for tv, sound, lighting, thermostat, and other on-off variable home functions. A redesign for a small interior, powered wheelchair, to be used on sill-less doorways, with extensible reachers and built in carriers for miscellany.

Most of the services are available as home instead workers, but 24/7 video with auto emergency sensors would be less expensive. Local integrated food/visit/medical/electronics companies to provide on-call services.

The people connection is obviously the most important factor so centralized social centers.
