Hi OP,
My number one purpose in life is to be a good faithful Christian everyday for the rest of my life.I want to raise a great and large Christian family with a wonderful woman.I also want to be a successful business owner and leave them lots of assets like land, real estate and lots of investments and money. However, I want them to be wise with what I leave them.I want them to have a better life than I did.I also want to be involved with improving the lives of the mentally ill and disabled including autistic people.I also want to leave a legacy of a love of the outdoors for my family.I also want to help dogs and cats maybe by having a no-kill rescue and also by adopting more strays in my lifetime.I also want to give to my church and other church of Christ organizations.I also want to give money to schools and colleges.

I feel I have already left a "legacy" of sorts---although its not the type of thing most people think of when thinking of a legacy. About 4-5 years ago I had a series of neurological tests, including a spinal tap. I had the tests done at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. They asked if they could use the leftover CSF for a control in some research. They said they urgently needed my type of CSF for an important study. I agreed immediately. I realize its all anonymous, there's nothing in the study to identify me. However, if the "donation" of the CSF helps further research and helps others in the future, I feel I have left a "legacy" of sorts, by contributing to the health and well-being of others. My existence in this world may continue forever in that one little data blip.....who knows? Whatever, it makes me feel good to think so!

Hmmmm, I wonder if this would be considered a legacy.

In labor with 1st child, doctor blindfolded me and tied hands down (I am pretty sure this was in USA) and after baby "popped" out, there was a round of applause!!!

"Thank you for letting us watch Mrs. B"......... huh?? I never asked them to watch.

Very weird doctor.
