Twilight Zone was too scary to watch in my childhood. Sometimes there were monsters and aliens on that show. Lost in Space was scary too but I watched it anyway.
The Jetsons, the Flinstones, and Cecil & Beanie. HR Pufnstuf and the Banana Splits, which I watched while babysitting my little sister. That time with her is a good memory so that may be why I liked them. OTOH she loved the Bugaloos and that was where I drew the line. I didn't care how much she liked it, it was just too silly for me.
Do we watch Star Trek or do we watch Gilligan was a regular debate I recall. The older kids wanted Star Trek, the younger kids wanted Gilligan, and every week we drew straws. Eventually Gilligan came on opposite The Monkees, and that was the end of that. The Monkees ALWAYS ruled in our household, LOL.
In later years, Emergency started my interest in firefighting and also made me want to move to California. Laugh In made me buy my first mini skirt, much to my dad's chagrin.

When we had a BW TV I liked Huckleberry Hound and Megilla Gorilla. We used to debate which colors each animal was, and just what color a Huckleberry was. Still remember the first time we say them in color, and saw how very blue Huckleberry Hound was.
