Well, last Friday, after a year and a half of "should I/could I", with plans in place, I told my boss that I will be retiring at the end of June. He was very warm and supportive, and after some talk about my plans, he began telling me how much he wishes HE could retire! I'm excited. People are telling me they will miss me, which is nice, but I will not miss working!

Great, congratulations! Do you have any big plans already made, or are you going to lay low for a year or two, then see where the mood takes you?
