I have an inherited IRA from my Mom with a RMD for 2020 scheduled in December. With the CARES Act can I defer that distribution?

I have an inherited IRA from my parents as well. I have had it for 7 years so I fall under the "old rules" pre-SECURE Act and I have been and can continue taking out RMDs calculated off my life expectancy.

In 2020 I had planned to take my distribution based on the balance in my Inherited IRA on December 31 2019. So this year my distribution is my 2019 distribution.

I haven't taken that distribution and it would be a nice option to leave it in the account if I can. I'm not 100% sure that this is allowed for me but I have until December to discuss with Schwab which is where I have the IRA.
