Also, from a Chinese/energy Medicine view, you should probably check out your meridians. There is at least one which regulates the temperature and heat in the body. Maybe try some acupuncture or Shiatsu massage if you can find it, or TCM doctor.

You can keep piling on the socks, hats, jumpers, whatever, but in the end it does sound as if you have problems with your circulation though. Like disease, we can always take medicine to mask the symptoms but it is probably better to address the underlying issues.

Have you tried some sort of sock heat pads, the one you can wear? They are usually made of beans or herbs, not sure if it's something that can address feet sweating, but should keep feet warm. Something like this or anything of this kind: https://theheatingpads.com/products/foot-heating-pads

Orthopedic shoes and walking as much as I can to get the circulation going. also diabetic socks have really good thick soles and also for women made the calf part wide enough to not bind and not fall up to the knees that helps to keep ankle and calf warm too

Hands well that is when I keep the heat up a little more and rub moisture lotion on them.
