I'm considering relocating to Rhode Island. If so, my office will be located in Providence.
Can anyone recommend neighborhoods? I'm interested in renting a condo or townhouse and I need a good middle school. The schools is pretty important. I'm not interested in a house because I'm a single parent and don't have time for snow removal etc.
I enjoy the feel of the city but need a safe neighborhood. I also love the concept of being close to the beach. I researched different areas and read there are some areas that are stuffy. I'd like to avoid stuffy areas if possible. Thanks
$1400 rentals are frequently available on "The Hill" in East Greenwich and it is beautiful in this area. The middle school in East Greenwich is Archie R. Cole Middle School and it is completely renovated. It is a great school system. I went there many years ago. And the commute into Providence is heavy with traffic at business hours but still can be done in 35 minutes on a good day.
