LOL, was just coming here to post this. Attleboro mibut be slightly easier for me though, especially when you consider how nuts Warwick will be. Add one in Cranston and Johnston and we're cooking with gas!
PS Stop and Shop already has tons of competition but some people are creatures of habit.

Not REALLY, not in most areas. A few even more expensive stores (Dave's), limited selection (Aldi, Price-Rite, smaller local markets), or just bleh (Walmart). Market Basket fills a big void.
The Johnston location sounds easier than South Attleboro, for most of you folks on the south or west sides of Providence.

What are there like a couple Shaw's left in the entire state? Not sure why anybody even goes there anymore, unless it was maybe right around the corner from them??? WF has it's niche, but likewise there are only a handful of locations.

Anyone who would shop at Stop and Shop would shop at Shaws though. Same size, very similar store, except Shaw's has a seafood counter and Stop and Shop got rid of most (all?) of their's. And there are a lot of stores that have only a handful of stores in the state but they do compete with Stop and Shop in their localities.
don't forget to add one to both Dave's and Trader Joe's as they are suppose to enter the Providence market in either the North Main Street Corridor or vacant I-195 land on the east bank of the Providence River. There is action at the former Benny's on Branch Ave which could harbor one of these markets.
