Pawtucket, almost one million for a home (Providence: apartments, new home)

No one associates Pawtucket Ave to Oak Hill. Pawtucket Ave is a completely different area in density and ethnicity. The same as East Ave changes the closer you get toward downtown Pawtucket.
I absolutely agree that Pawtucket Ave. isn't Oak Hill, however it's still a very short distance. We are talking 2 blocks here. So while it's correct to say that they are different neighborhoods, it's also correct to say that the house on Capwell St. has convenient access to Vicente's...and hookers.

Gee, aren't we blessed. The ^^^out of town occasional tourist with limited and distorted understanding of Rhode Island geography agrees with the locals' understanding of our neighborhoods.
I saw that. Quality Hill has quality housing stock. During my initial foray into Rhode Island real estate, I targeted Quality Hill as my landing point. I didn't like the highway being so close, but I still tried to buy there. I have friends who live in Quality Hill for a while and liked it very much.
Regarding that house: I don't like what they did with the kitchen & bath...
