Sand Dollar Inn, in Westerly? Grew up in Westerly, never thought much about that place to be honest, as did most others. Typical Motel. 10 minute drive to the beach though, not on the coast. Its on Route 1.
Thanks, Nate. It is in Westerly and we're attending a wedding in Stonington and discovered it's only about 6 miles away and the rates seem reasonable. I just wonder if it's a good deal or not.
I'll be honest, depending on what your spending, I'd recommend a nice b&b or hotel right on the ocean in watch hill or mystic. Make your time more enjoyable. Beautiful area in the summer.
