Did a quick look of the forum and didn't see this on here...thought some of you may enjoy it though so I wanted to share

That's cool. I wouldn't have suspected Richmond to be on a list like this, even though I like Richmond and appreciate it for what so many on here bash it for. However, Richmond's population is not 32, 645. It's just above 200,000. I don't know if I'm reading it wrong(whether it's the population of an area code or not) but otherwise interesting.

Interesting...I wonder what they are considering "Richmond" for the population and median home price? I know we couldn't find a family home anywhere near $180K and I certainly think they have limited the population maybe by using just downtown Richmond and not the greater Richmond area.

Regardless, so nice to see something positive, we have lived here since March and really like it so far
