Airplane noise outside 295? (Richmond, Chester: house, neighborhood, schools)

Hi All,

Looking at a house that is located near Darbytown Rd and Yahley Mill Road area.

Whats the Richmond Airport noise/traffic like? We visited twice and didn't hear anything, but not sure if we are just missing the right times. The area/neighborhood looked nice. I hear schools are maybe not the best, but not the worst.

Anything else we aren't thinking about for the area? Red Flags?

Since no one seems to know.... We spent 3 hours at the house during the inspection. There is def airport traffic, and seems to be right over the property. But it isnt a deal breaker for us. Seems like the high point of traffic was around noon and it was maybe 3 per hour. Could hear them, but not earth/house shaking. Noticeable in the yard or in Florida room but Not noticeable in the bedrooms.

I think a lot of time it depends on the day. I live near 295 down in Chester, and every now and then, depending on the flight paths, we have some that are pretty close to us.
