Hello all,
Can anyone give me their opinion of the road noise from Charter Colony Pkwy? I'm looking to buy a house rather close to the front of the Tanner village neighborhood and hence the Pkwy, and I worry about the noise. Are there a lot of large trucks? Does it die off at night? Is it realy bothersome or just white noise?

Dies off at night and you get used to it! If it bothers you -- you can always spray foam insulation into your walls... creates a thick sound barrier.
