Any Desi/Indian community people lives in Roanake ? If so, Could you please suggest rental property (subdivision for house/ townhome) near by.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will reply. In my experience there is pretty limited international diversity in Roanoke, but a good place to look would be along Hwy 419 in Roanoke County - basically between Tanglewood Mall and Lewis Gale Hospital. Most of these neighborhoods fall into the 24018 zip code, and the schools are pretty highly regarded - Green Valley, Cave Spring, Penn Forest and Oak Grove Elementaries. Good luck!

Like Watchful said the area along I-81 is not a hotbed of international communities although more and more continue to move in every year. But whether any communities have flourished here is an unknown for me. There has to be an organization or association there that could be helpful but I cannot think of how to fine one.
