Discount/Affordable Dry Cleaning? (Rochester: neighborhood, live in, park)

So I realize that this isn't the most exciting post, but we've been in the Rochester area for over a year now and still haven't come across any affordable or discount dry cleaners. We live in the Park Ave. neighborhood, but would have expected to at least find a place out in the burbs a bit. I'd love to find a $1.79 any garment type of place, but would settle for anything reasonable, especially suits

Any suggestions?

How about $2 per shirt? If so, you can try Julian's Dry Cleaners. They have a few locations on the east side of town.
