Absolutely. Anyone is free to spread this around in blogs, forums etc. As for embedding, I believe you simply copy and paste the HTML code found on the below page onto your website, though the embedded map is quite a bit more simplified than the one seen on Google.
oh I get it.....see, it's racist if you say flat out..."the black neighborhoods in Rochester are the ones with high crime; therefore black people are criminals"....but simply implying it "subtly"; that's not being racist, it's just being "realistic".
